Beaches and Dreams

Has anyone checked out the Beaches and Dreams look book from Misguided?  

All the pieces are just gorgeous! Especially the co-ords I am just crushing on them all. 

They really have everything down to a T at the moment. 

I 100% advise everyone to check them out right now, you can't even argue with the price for them.

I recently just bought this amazing tropical print crop top from River Island for only £12! And I really needed to put something together to go with it. 

White Joni's from Topshop  are must obviously! Everyone definitely needs a pair of white jeans this summer whether you love them or hate them. I promise you wont regret it. 

I fell in love with these River Island Platform Sandals too which would obviously go perfect with the outfit.

Wish List...

Okay so it looks like im pretty much lusting for a lot of pastels right now... but who isn't?! you must be crazy or some sort of goth to not want pastels this spring! 

Just a few things here out of about a million things i want at the moment... as I don't think I would be able to list everything as it would be about 2 thousand pages long. 

Firstly I can not get over how beautiful and colourful this topshop rainbow playsuit is! I MUST get this as soon as pay day comes. 

Also I came across this company sheinsid, its kind of like a cheaper Zara-esque clothing website and they have some of the cutest things ever including this blue pleated skirt and also have many other colours!

I' more of a heeled sort of girl right now as i haven't seen many flats i like at the moment but these plimsolls topshop have are just to die for.... (and they're pink) the texture of them is a really nice snake print kind of material and they're edgy but cute at the same time. Asos and River Island also do really cute styles but these are my fave.  

I'm a sucker for jackets right now too and Missguided have their lilac ranges down to a T! Perfect colour so how can i resist this Tailored coat?!

I really don't own any decent watches at all and I really need one so this Olivia Burton Watch is gorgeous they are so vintage looking and they have so many pastel colours too!

I recently instagramed the Topshop chunky pink sandals  and I've really just been waiting until pay day. They're uglyish but amzingly cute at the same time. If you're a 6 please don't make these sell out till after I get paid. 

Gingham Gingham Gingham.... I just cant seem to get enough of this print what so ever, I have a pair of leggings in the blue and white from topshop but they have just brought a joni jean out in them... my favorite jeans and print all in one. I have to have these!

I really need to take some proper photos off this outfit but I'm just mad busy at the moment with work and uni it's hard to keep posting everyday! I don't know how everyday bloggers find so much time to do it! Anyways.... 

Absolutely fell in love with these gorgeous Topshop shorts! The print is just perfect and I have a massive thing for pink at the moment... I must have a list of 10000000 things I want that are pink! These shorts are just perfect for summer and the material is gorgeous! I teamed it up with the blue forever 21 blazer which is the cutest blue! Kept it simple with the missguided crop and i absolutely love this necklace can you believe it's primark?! Such a good bargain and perfect for spring at only £6! I have lot of things I have my eye on in primark you should definitely check out your nearest store!

Keeping it Simple...

Firstly let me start off with these gingham jeans.... aren't they just amazing?

Definitely my favorite print right now as I'm sure everyone could agree this spring/summer.

These jeans are from Topshop! I am yet to purchase the amazing black and white pair also! I wold recommend them to anyone.

The perfect pastel basic top is also from Topshop at just £8! I have this top in a few colours and its great to put with anything, they have almost every pastel colour you can think of...

The coat is my favorite bargain I've bought in a while and get compliments with it all the time!

I grabbed this for just £25 at Choies! Perfect spring coat definitely go and get it too! Delivery takes around 15 days to receive it but it's definitely worth the wait!

The cute little satchel is from Primark! Matches the top perfectly and it was only £6! Primark have so many good steals at the moment I would recommend anyone to go and have a look right now!

The shoes are also Topshop and they are just my favorites.

Spring fever...

Yes Spring is here people! And my god I am just so in love with pastels right now! The mint greens, yellows, baby pink, baby blue and lilac the list goes on! 

Pastels are always always a MUST for this season and they're are so many nice pieces out in stores right now.

First of all I just LOVE these cute cardigans from Never Fully Dressed they have so many gorgeous different colours available and they are just perfect, I have my eye on the mint green and baby pink for next pay day! (counting down the days and hours)

Well..... isn't the Givechy bag just the most perfect thing you have ever seen?

If only I could afford such a thing it would be mine... I can dream though right?

So envious of Emily Ratajkowski's (handful of a second name) sunnies! I need a pair like these as soon as this British weather picks up!! 

Again at Never Fully Dressed! 90's inspired mesh white coat is just to die for, I absolutely love it! 

You can never go wrong with a mesh piece of clothing. Especially this one.

Also I'm loving the whole smart blazer/smart look that seems to be pretty in right now! Especially in the pastels (obviously) I've bought a couple of  blazers/smart coats recently which I am soon to be blogging about and absolutely love all of them.

Last but not least.... the Windsor Smith Puffy Chunky White Sandals. 

I don't even need to explain how perfect they are.. you can tell just by looking at them. 

Hello World of Blogging....

So after months of deciding if I should start a blog or not it finally happened! 

For the past few days I've been trying to think of a witty name to call my blog.... so far I've come up with Katie Lockett FB (fashion blogger)... yeah I know original right?
I'm sure some better far more witty and original name will come up soon, well I hope!
I should probably tell you a bit about myself seen as this is my first blog post.
My name is Katie Lockett, some people like to call me Kate. I'm your average 19 year old female (I'm sure the girly coloured text and possibly my picture give that away.... just pointing it out there) from Manchester and currently working as a Marketing Assistant and studying Business Management.
I am here because I intend to further my internet presence and also learn the marketing world of blogging.
